Theresa earned a dual certification in health and life coaching in 2021. Her passion is to partner with those in a season of challenge to enable them to overcome obstacles that keep them from experiencing the growth and success in key areas of life. Recognizing that issues of life and health are inextricably linked, she intentionally pursued the dual certification to provide the best support for her clients. She has coached clients in several life stages and multiple countries. Theresa is a lifelong learner who seeks to continually expand and develop her coaching skills and is dedicated to showing up with commitment, passion and effective tools that enable her clients to achieve lasting changes.

Theresa has served as the Minster of Women and Soul Care at Northview Bible Church since 2017. In this role Theresa wears several hats, both providing leadership for teams and also meeting one-on-one with women in need of mentoring, discipleship or pastoral care. She oversees ministry teams and is a sounding board to those in leadership positions and provides wisdom, guidance, and encouragement to equip them to serve and lead well.

Previously, Theresa was a Vice President with Wells Fargo Bank and worked for ten years in commercial real estate financing. Theresa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences at the University of California, Irvine where she graduated with honors in research. She and her husband, Mark both grew up in southern California and moved to Spokane in 2006. Blessed with a beautiful and growing family, they have four grown children, two precious daughter-in-laws, and three delightful grandsons she enjoys time with regularly. Besides reading and get conversations, Theresa enjoys snow skiing, hiking, kayaking and being lakeside, usually with a book.
